This jasmine rose tea is devine and is helping to sooth my throat post op for removal of vocal chord nodules. I was first diagnosed with #vocalchordnodules 14 years ago within months of becoming a #personaltrainer I have lived with them ever since and managed them with lifestyle changes but they have finally got the better of me and had them removed 2 days ago so no work for me for a while until I can speak again.

Remove the remorse and forget the regret. #guilt is counterproductive when aiming to achieve your #weightloss and #healthyeating #goals . You won't get to your goals if you regularly indulge but having the odd treat provides balance and makes the goal more sustainable and in turn more achieveable. The best way to handle a detour from a healthy eating plan is to learn from it and do better next time or better still be mindful on your journey and give yourself permission if it's feasible to do so. #nutrition #fitness #mindbody #wellness #fitfam
