Berry good-ness today I've made a quick and easy proats bowl I used: 3-4 big strawberries, porridge oats, 1 scoop of chocolate nut protein from @myproteinuk, almond milk and milled linseeds. I gave them a quick blend in my @nutribulletuk then warmed up mixture in a pan until it's hot and a thicker consistency. Decorated the bowl with: fresh strawberries, crunchy peanut butter, hazelnuts and a dash of chia seeds 🥜always be a better you, start your day right

Nutrition is even in animals...we ventured to an elephant sanctuary based in Malaysia and a monkey sanctuary based in Bali! The elephants enjoyed eating sugar canes, peanuts, papaya (shown in the picture) and gallons of water🥜the monkeys on the other hand, they loved bunches of bananas, sweet potato and sweet corn (as shown) . Like us, they need essential nutrients in order to function and maintain a healthy weight. The best thing about sanctuaries is that they aid endangered animals with a better life with nutritious food, water, shelter and love. Happy Thursday
