The glorious Golden Gate Bridge. Started our last big training walk for the AVON 39 in Sausalito at dawn yesterday and finished 22.7 miles in under 8 hrs, elevation gain of 2,169'. The walk is July 8 and 9, a marathon and a half. Think we're ready. #goldengatebridge #karlthefog #avon39sf #training

✨Shoulder (Band) Workout✨ My gym for the 2 weeks in Canggu isn't easy to get to, so I've been opting for some pool side workouts for certain muscle groups! Here is a shoulder workout for you • 4 sets of lateral raises Push Up variation 4 sets of front raises Regular Push Ups 4 sets of Overhead Press Push Up Variation 4 sets of Upright Rows Regular Push Ups • On my travels I always have resistance bands with me (multiple bands for different levels of resistance) so I have NO excuses! I also did 30 minutes of HIIT cardio (sprinting).
