Tempura Fugu Shirako (Blowfish Milt) . Let's start off by saying I wasn't too excited to try out this dish at first (given all the "nasty" stories I've been hearing 🤢), but boy-oh-boy, was I glad I decided to give it a try! . The taste of milt was surprisingly subtle, even more so when paired with Miyako-san's secret salt and a hint of yuzu juice. I cannot think of any other way to be eating fugu no shirako from now on. Piping hot & crunchy on the outside and then rich & creamy on the inside just like an egg custard.
