Attention follows intention. At the beginning of the day, set your intent and your attention will naturally follow. Similar to the 132 bits of info in "the map is not the territory " concept and vid. Your intent directs your filter of information flowing through your perception. If I set my intent to "develop loving kindness and compassion", my attention will seek out this in my interactions with others. ❤️ If I am not aware of my intent, my mind will naturally seek out safety and survival information to keep us in our comfort zone.
