Mais au final, la question serai plutôt pourquoi je ne le ferai pas. Dépasser ses limites, progresser de jour en jour, apprendre, se construire, se renforcer physiquement et mentalement, échouer, se relever, recommencer, s'améliorer. . When Paul started his training for the marathon, he told me he was determined to make it to the end. Coming from a man who could hardly run a mile, he now finds himself only weeks out, able to run 22 miles without rest. In his first 12 weeks preparation for the marathon with me we had to tailor everything from his nutrition to his training so that it was perfect, to make sure that his endurance, and strength were at a peak at all times. Day one he found 10 push-ups a struggle, no he can do 60. Day one he could hardly do 20 leg raises, now he can do 250....yes that's 250. Day one he could only run 1 mile, now he can run 22 miles. Day one he was 3 stone heavier, yes he's dropped 3 stone of weight......oh and did I mention he's nearly 50 years of age. This man runs two businesses, looks after a family, and still make sure one to put in this two training sessions with me weekly, and complete all his running each week without fail.....so I applaud him, and hope that everyone can do the same.
